We are thrilled with our carpet that was recently installed. The project managers at the showroom got me up to speed on the features to consider when choosing products so I felt knowledgeable to choose not only a beautiful design but the right product for our space and usage. The installation of our carpet with a large pattern repeat is flawless and looks amazing. The team at CS met a tight timeline for us AND accommodated a schedule hiccup on our end. We would absolutely return for other flooring needs in the future.

I had a great experience with CS Floors from beginning to end! Ed Murillo was our project manager and he was very knowledgeable and candid. He educated us without being pushy or trying to upsell. I feel confident that that carpet and pad I picked out is just right for us. The installation was great too! Good communication throughout and they completed 4 bedrooms, closets and hallways in one day. I'm so happy with the flooring! I will recommend CS Floors to my family, friends, and real estate clients!

We had beautiful wide plank red oak flooring installed by CS Floors a little while back and ran into a slight issue that needed some follow up. I want to be clear, it was not their fault at all, but how a company handles a hiccup tells you everything about who they are, and Dennis and his team knocked it out of the park. They were on it right away, walked us through our options clearly, kept us in the loop the whole time, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. They just took care of us, plain and simple...

Came in to get help with tools and installation guides and was surprised how well Ed went above and beyond for me. Guiding me where to get specific tools and install questions covered. For not buying anything I really appreciate the help and willingness, shows a lot about this company. Will definitely be back when it’s time to do my shower and carpet! Beautiful showroom.

I had a wonderful experience with buying carpet from CS Floors. TJ was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door, and was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. CS Floors offers a nice variety of flooring with a range of fair pricing, including high end carpet you won’t find elsewhere in Gig Harbor. My beautiful carpet was installed flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for amazing service and better quality flooring than the big box stores, be sure to check them out!

Our new carpet was installed this week!! Clint was absolutely wonderful to work with, from the beginning looking through all the carpets, explaining the differences, coming out to our home to measure and bring samples. This was the best home improvement we have experienced, seamless! The installation was fantastic, highly skilled and very professional, would recommend to anyone!!
